THE LOOKOUT

These are some photos I took from the Byron Bay Lighthouse, one of the last stops we made before arriving in Coffs Harbour. We paid $8 for parking because we were lazy and it was hot, but there is meant to be a really nice walk from Byron to the Lighthouse. Unfortunately the $8 only covered an hour of parking at the lighthouse and with limited places we missed out on a tour up in the lighthouse. I don't think we really missed much though, we already had a 360 degree view which was incredible, and sea so clear you could even spot manta rays from above. It was a peaceful escape from the busy town centre of Byron Bay and a must do if you're in the area.
